Tokyo-based developer Serafini Productions has been mining its BrokenLore series impressively over the last couple of years. Each game blends psychological horror with surreal scenarios and warped versions of traditional Japanese creatures.

Don’t Lie follows the story of Junko, a young woman with a mysterious past that’s fast catching up with her. Visions and hallucinations plague Junko, making it tricky to sift out reality from delusion inside the liminal spaces Junko finds herself in.

BrokenLore: Don’t Lie’s demo is succinct, but gives an exciting hint of its potential. Watch out for the full game soon.
